If you want to take your first step on the property ladder, but purchasing your own living space is rather impossible for you as it entails a great deal of responsibilities or simply it is just complicated for some reason.

Taylor Made Living makes it possible for you through our “Rent to Own” assistance.

No mortgage guaranteed to start!

Upon your initial payment, you will be able to secure your keys and contract to legally bind our agreement.

At the end of the agreed term, you will be able to choose between purchasing the property or not. Renting is usually from 24 to 36 months and this gives you enough time to save for your deposit and mortgage subsequently.

The purchase price won’t be increased

Guaranteed reasonable price!

The property value may exceed eventually, but you are guaranteed of a reasonable price upon our initial agreement.

What if your property value declines?

You might want to extend your term up until the property value increases.

What if I will not buy the property?

If you decided not to purchase the property, we want you to leave the property nice and tidy for the next tenant.

What happens to my payment if I will change my mind?

You can walk away freely, but you will lose your initial payment as agreed upon our terms which state that these funds are non-refundable.
